It's a global initiative where 10 young adults are selected annually to share stories and help strengthen a worldwide understanding of financial health across different communities. Ambassadors choose small projects like blog posts, social media campaigns, or local events to make an impact. The program is completely FREE for selected participants! The goal is to amplify incredible young voices and share your unique stories with the world.
Young adults aged 18-29 with a global perspective are eligible to apply. The program welcomes applicants from around the world – for reference, the 2023 cohort represented seven different countries with an average age of 24. The program is competitive with 300+ applicants a year.
Ambassadors work within their own communities and connect globally through various platforms. Projects can be conducted locally or digitally, allowing for both in-person and online impact.
The program offers a unique opportunity to champion financial health as a fundamental right while joining a global network of young leaders. As an ambassador, you'll receive guidance and training in financial health advocacy, create meaningful impact in your community, gain valuable experience in public engagement and leadership, and have the option to stay connected as an alumni mentor after completing the program. The program runs annually with flexible scheduling to accommodate participants' other commitments. Ambassadors can choose when to implement their projects throughout the year, making it ideal for busy schedules. Optional regular check-ins provide ongoing support during the term. Most ambassadors spend 10 - 30 hours for the year contributing to FinMango.
